In the current scenario, the safety of Doctors is at top priority to keep themselves and society healthy and safe. Nidaan, nation’s leading helpline service, is playing a key role in assisting the safety of Doctors through their specially designed smart telephone system that manages incoming patients' calls. ​

​Even Our Honourable PM, Mr. Modi has asked Doctors to do tele communication with patients as a need of the moment.

We request you to give us the opportunity to serve you and your patients with our efficient helpline secretarial service. It will prove a necessary and responsible measure in a bid to flatten the COVID transmission curve. ​

Nidaan would help you connect with your patients and help them over and beyond what is possible today. It is believed that this better care would translate into better patient prognosis and better reputation for the doctor. Keeping these objectives in mind, we offer the following services: ​

Nidaan Doctors’ Hotline

  • Every doctor is registered separately: Every doctor will be registered separately and will get a unique access code. The patients will dial +91-14-14-15-66-66 followed by an extension (access code of the doctor).

  • Nidaan care service: Nidaan is a complete system. Nidaan’s customer service and back office ensures that the patient always has someone to help them and guide them. Nidaan is known for their customer service. We take pride in the customer service that we provide. Patients always come first for us.

Nidaan provides a full system for managing the payments to the doctor and providing prepaid cards. In addition we will also provide the doctor with a full report of who called and how long was the conversation. This way the doctor can monitor the quality of care that is being provided.

SOP :

Care seekers have the following two options to recharge their account which will be used for Tele consultation with Doctors.

  • Prepaid Cards - They can purchase the prepaid cards from hospital reception. We will supply the prepaid cards to hospital as per their required denomination. Billing for the same would be raised to hospital. After purchasing, patients can either call +91-14-14-15-66-66 from their mobile and follow the instruction about the recharging or they can talk to our customer care executive. Customer care executives will assist them with recharging and connecting to Doctors.
  • Online Recharge - Care seeker can log in to our website www.nidaan.com , they will get the option to do recharge through credit card, debit card, phone banking and Paytm. They can recharge through any mode they are comfortable with.
  • In all cases, our customer care will call back and guide them if they face any difficulties in operating our system.

    Register Patients :

    Every patient should be registered to use the Nidaan Medicare Pvt Ltd services.

  • Either Hospital reception can register the care seeker themselves by logging to the hospital webpage on our site or ask the care seeker to call +91-14-14-15-66-66 from mobile, here the patient will get automatically registered. Care seeker will get the user id and password on his mobile number in a message which can be used for the recharge process.
  • He can log on to website www.nidaan.com and do the registration himself.
  • He can give missed calls to +91-14-14-15-66-66, our customer care team will revert back within some time and do the registration and recharges for the care seeker.
  • Document Required:

  • One signature ID proof.
  • One passport size photo.
  • One Cancel Cheque.
  • Nidaan form and proposal letter ( duly signed by doctor).
  • Medical registration number copy.
  • PAN card copy.

  • Proactive Reverse Customer Service from 7:30am to 9:30 pm but our automated system is available for patients to call the doctor 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    If you refer a doctor and the referred doctor gets registered then we will waived off 3 months free fixed cost rental to you.

    GST applicable as per Government Rules.
